I finally got Peyton on video giggling! I guess he's been doing it for about a week now. He's very ticklish, so tickling his belly and neck usually gets him laughing. This was with a little vibrating toy and he just thought it was so funny!!

I hope everyone has a wonderful holiday!
Christmas gets more and more fun each year as the boys get older!
They were SOOOO excited this morning, OMG!
Last night, we went to Todd's cousin, Ryan and Leigh's house. They have two little boys and they all love to play together! So, we didn't get home until about 9:00 and by the time they calmed down, it was almost 10:00 when they fell asleep! That's when Mr. and Mrs. Claus went into action!
Will has this awesome train set called GeoTrax and it's been in the attic for about 6 months now because it totally took over our dining room and Cameron kept destroying it. Will has been begging us to get it down and put it together. Santa brought him a new addition to it, so we set the whole thing back up. For those that aren't familiar with GeoTrax, there are seriously 50 different ways to set it all up! Quite frustrating and overwhelming!! It took us about two hours and I'm still not completely happy with it, but oh well!
Santa brought Cameron a Big Wheel! So, Todd is trying to put it together, which by the way, was not very easy and gets to the "big wheel" and we find out we're missing two pretty important parts. Thanks Amazon.com! So, we weren't able to put it together and I'll have to call tomorrow and get them to send me the missing parts. Nothing like setting up a "big" toy on Christmas Eve only to find out you can't. I wasn't very happy, lemme tell ya! Thankfully, Cameron could care less and doesn't understand the whole "Santa" concept, so it's all good for now! He'll be excited when we finally get it together though!
So, Todd and I didn't get to bed until after 1am. Fast forward to 4am and Will is standing next to the bed, right in my face, saying "Mommy, Santa Claus came last night!!!!!" I wanted to throw up! Haha! Three hours of sleep is not good! So, I told him Santa wasn't done yet and he better go back to sleep! He did, thank goodness! Cam was up around 5:30, but stayed in bed. Then, we were ALL up (well, minus Peyton) at 6:30 opening presents! My house looks like a tornado hit it!! Toys are everywhere and we have no more room!! I think it's time to have a garage sale and get rid of LOTS of toys! It's outta control!
So, anyways...it was such a great morning! Just seeing the excitement on their faces...it's priceless! And it will only get better! Next year will definitely be lots of fun!
Today we are going to Mimi's house for lunch. And of course, they'll get more presents! Oh, to be a kid again...
I haven't uploaded pics yet, but as soon as I do, I'll post them!
I went back to work on December 2 and it's just been complete chaos since then! It really is an adjustment being back at work. Mornings can be SO hectic sometimes! I wake up around 5 and try my best to get myself ready before the boys wake up. Then, hopefully by 6, I'm waking Peyton up and feeding him (which takes 30 minutes) and then Will and Cameron get up and Todd will help get them dressed and it's a race to get out the door by 6:45. Heck, even getting all three kids in the car takes about 10 minutes! And just forget it if one of them (usually Will) wakes up in a bad mood, it just makes the morning even more stressful! But, we're surviving and it'll get easier! It has too, right???!!!
I'll be better about keeping this up to date!

Weight - 13.3 (90%)
Height - 23.75 (75%)
Head - 16.25 (75%)
He got three shots and one oral vaccine. Poor little guy cried so hard on his shots! And turned BRIGHT red! But he was fine as soon as I picked him up! So, all in all, he did great! And everything else is perfect!
I made a little comparison chart below of all three boys when they were two months old. It's funny, Peyton seems so tiny to me, but from the looks of Will's stats, he was smaller at this age. I guess I just don't remember because Cameron's huge-ness (haha) is still fresh in my mind!
I hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving!

He goes for his two month appointment next Monday. I'm anxious to find out his stats!
I think he's changed quite a bit! He's definitely got LESS hair than when he was born! The Flashnick boys like to lose it from the top instead of the back! Therefore making them look like little old men!! His thighs are definitely chunkier, but he's still got long skinny feet!!
Happy Thanksgiving, Everyone!

Knowing that Peyton is my absolute last baby, I've truly been trying to cherish every moment with him. I'm not so rushed to get him to do things and I do things with him that I didn't do with the other two (like sleeping in my bed for 1/2 the night!). I just want him to stay a baby forever…well, not really, but I'm just taking every opportunity to totally enjoy him at this stage.
I guess seven weeks is a bit of a milestone for him. The past two nights, he's slept 6 solid hours! It's been so nice! I actually feel semi-human again and not so sleep deprived! Although, six hours puts him up around 4:30. And if I don't get a nap (which I typically don't), then I'm pretty tired early in the evening! But, hey…beggars can't be choosers, right?
Here are a few pics that I took last week!
It was funny cause I was a little stressed out that morning. I had to take Will and Cameron to Lynne's and I'm trying to get ready real quick and Peyton is screaming his head off. So, the crying is just getting to me and I keep hearing "Mommy, come look" in between the crying. I come out into the living room a little frustrated and then I see Peyton and I crack up! Peyton unfortunately did not think it was funny! He was getting more and more mad! Luckily, it was time to go, but I first had to snap a couple of pictures!

They laid him on the table and wrapped him in this papoose thing so he wouldn't wiggle.
He used this thing to kind of open his nostril and took this instrument (not sure if was tweezers or something else bent on the end) and pulled it right out.
It ended up being the size of a raisin! Haha!
He did great! Hardly cried at all...nothing like he did Saturday night! In fact, he was laughing up until he stuck the thing up his nose!
I'm hoping this was traumatic enough for him that he NEVER puts anything in his nose ever again! And he's not getting popcorn for awhile now!

Leave it to Cameron to stick a half-popped popcorn kernel up his nose and require a trip to the hospital to try and get it out! Little rascal!
He came in from outside yesterday afternoon and was crying that his nose hurt. I looked up there and saw something, assumed it was a booger and tried getting it out. I couldn't though. So, I had Todd look with a flashlight and he realized it was popcorn!
He grabbed a pair of tweezers and tried getting it. We tried the bulb syringe. Tried getting him to blow his nose. We tried all of this for about two hours. And the whole time, he's FREAKING out! We had no luck though.
So, I called the on-call nurse at our doctor's office and they didn't have anything new to suggest for us to try, so they told us to go ahead and go to Children's Hospital for them to retrieve it.
Todd stayed home with Will and Peyton. Cameron and I headed to the hospital. The nice thing about where we went is it was a Referral Center, so they knew we were coming and we were seen right away. Thankfully we didn't have to go to our local (right around the corner) ER and wait all night to be seen by a doctor who has no clue how to deal with terrified children!
Poor Cameron fought the nurse on everything! Temperature, blood pressure, weight, etc. We got into a room and the nice doctor came in and looked with a light and saw that the kernel was pretty far up there! She explained that they didn't have a pair of tweezers long or thin enough to use, so she was going to have to use this plastic instrument that they use to clear ear wax. She also explained that if she couldn't retrieve it, then she would call the Ear, Nose and Throat doctor and see what they said.
I put him on the table and the male nurse is holding his upper body and head still and I'm laying across his legs and feet trying to keep him as still as possible. Cameron is pretty darn strong, I found out last night! He fought like crazy!
After about five minutes of the doctor trying and Cameron flipping out, she realized she wasn't going to be able to get it out without really hurting him. His nose had already started to bleed a little bit, and he was so emotionally traumatized, she didn't want to do anything else to him!
She makes a call to the ENT and they tell us we need to come in bright and early Monday morning for them to fit us in to retrieve the kernel. They are better equipped for things like this, so I'm hoping it'll be pretty quick and not so traumatizing for him!
I'm also hoping that it comes out on it's own today! That would be awesome!! My fingers are crossed!
For those that don't know...this isn't the first time he has put popcorn in his nose! A few months ago, he came and sat with me on the couch and was pointing to his nose, so I look up there and pull out a kernel (un-popped)! He then sneezed, and out came another one! The next morning, I found another one in his bed! Thankfully, those all came out!! And he hadn't done it since. I have no idea what came over him yesterday to make him do that again!
So, I will update again after tomorrow when the kernel makes its appearance!
Oh, and I'm really hoping that this traumatized him enough that he won't EVER put anything in his nose ever again!

It's so hard to believe that Will and Cameron were once that age! It seems like a lifetime ago!!
